Fri, April 15, 2005 - 4:09 PMVery late response, but... UCSC definitely. It shouldn't even be a comparison.... but maybe I'm just biased because I'm an alum. If you want a conceptual background and room for experimentation, then choose UCSC, but if you just want technical training in digital media and an industry job then maybe the Academy is a better choice for you.

Mon, June 27, 2005 - 11:42 AMYeah, if you want to be trained on software applications that change yearly so then when you graduate you are behind, then go to trade school like academy of art. If you are into concepts and learning larger overviews and abstract thinking, then go to UCSC. In which way would I say is best, UCSC -- hands down.
